PaulB has an “in-stock, on time” philosophy of operating. Most orders are shipped the same business day, or the next day, depending on how late the order is received. We ship within the continental US and Canada. Shipping cost is calculated by the destination when you checkout. To get an estimate, add the item(s) to your cart and enter your shipping information and click Calculate. You may choose FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx 2-day. When your product is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We desire to be responsive to your questions about product or return policies/procedures. Check Order Status
To check the status of your order, Go to your account and click the Orders tab. To track your order, click the tracking number to the right of the order details.
We accept all major credit cards. If you pay by credit card, we will not charge your card until we are ready to ship your order. Unless you ask us to, we will not ship your order if there are any backorders until all the products are available for shipment.
Sales Tax is charged to any orders shipping to Pennsylvania unless you provide us a tax exemption number. If you are located outside Pennsylvania, we will not collect sales tax, but you may still be responsible to pay a use tax for the same amount you would have owed in tax if you had bought the item in your state. Please contact your state’s Department of Revenue to determine if purchases you make from our website are subject to use tax.
We will gladly return any products that are defective. We will also return any items that are unused and in good condition. Please include a copy of your original receipt when returning your item.
